Be careful before you pay

There is no legal route for Bangladeshis in ordinary labour jobs in Thailand. People sent on tourist visas with promised “jobs” end up trapped in border scam compounds.

  • Verify the agency's RL licence with BMET
  • Employer: Employer name and job title on the Non-B visa and work permit
  • The visa is a Non-B (work) visa, not a tourist visa
  • No payment without a receipt and written contract
