Bangladesh to Thailand: pre-departure checklist
If you want to go to Thailand for work the legal way, check this list before you pay anyone.

The most important rule
Do not pay any large amount before independently verifying the job, employer, visa and payment terms. An agency licence alone does not prove its Thailand job offer is genuine.
Current alert
There is no legal route for Bangladeshis in ordinary labour jobs in Thailand. People sent on tourist visas with promised “jobs” end up trapped in border scam compounds.

- Asking you to start working on a visit/tourist visa.

4. A message you can send the broker
Copy into WhatsApp or SMS
Before starting the Thailand work permit process, I would like to confirm a few things: 1. What is the Thailand employer's company name, address and registration number? 2. Can I verify the job offer and the signed contract? 3. Through which process will the Non-Immigrant B visa + work permit (Ministry of Labour) be applied for? 4. Will you give me the official application number or online proof I can verify? 5. What is the total cost, the step-by-step payment, and the refund terms if the visa fails? 6. Can you give references of workers from Bangladesh who went to Thailand successfully through you? I will decide on payment only after verifying all information and the contract.
Our advice
Before paying any agency, collect its name, RL licence number, the Thailand company name and the total package price. With these you can check the risks one by one — or send them to us and we will review them with you.
