Profile matching, interviews, and the employment agreement with a suitable employer.

Work permit application
The foreign employer/lawyer applies to the authority; you get status updates and documents.

Permit decision and settlement
After the approved permit is verified, escrow-held money is released as agreed.

Eligibility checkNo permit fee before we review your profile.

Written agreementYou pay only after the work, the amount for each stage and the refund rules are written down and signed.

Money kept safeMoney goes only to a safe (escrow) account at a licensed bank or payment company—never a personal account.

Paid stage by stageMoney for a stage is released only when that stage is proven done.

Until an escrow partner is set up, no “protected escrow” payment is taken. Only pay when the partner's name and terms are shown on the payment page.

Full refundBefore work starts, or if the agreed service never starts.
Stage refundThe money held for any unfinished stage is returned.
Not refundedChecks already done, proven lawyer or employer costs, and costs caused by false information from the applicant.
If the permit is refusedRefunds follow the stages and reasons in your signed agreement. There is no automatic full refund.
