  1. 1Information we collect

    The name, phone number, subject, and message you enter in the contact form are used to send it to WhatsApp. We do not keep that form data in our own database.

    When you sign in, your profile, education, experience, skills, languages, certificates, and saved path are kept in your account. We do not store NID or passport numbers. Certificate files are kept in private storage.

  2. 2Export and deletion

    From the My Preparation page you can download your data as JSON and request account deletion. This does not cancel any visa or job application.

  3. 3Third parties

    The privacy policies of WhatsApp, Facebook, and the services used for sign-in apply to them.
