1Scope of service

Probashiyan provides training, profile readiness, and employer and lawyer coordination through contracted partners. Final decisions on employment agreements, work permits, or visas rest with the employer, foreign authorities, and embassies.

Overseas-employment services operate only under applicable Bangladeshi law, BMET requirements, and an active licensed recruiting/payment partner. Do not pay unless the partner details are stated in a written agreement.

3Acceptable use

This service may not be used with a false identity, forged documents, fraud, or for any unlawful purpose.
